September Wrap-up!

Well, another month has come and gone and I have read an amazing 6 books in September. Craziness, pure craziness. So here is the books I read during September!!

crimeandpunishmentThe first book I finished in September was Crime & Punishment by Amanda Flower. It’s a story about this young woman, Violet Waverly, who hurries back to Cascade Springs to see what’s wrong with her grandmother, Daisy. There’s a magical bookshop where the books pick you and Grandma Daisy owns the bookshop, there happens to be a murder that happens when a gent, Benedict Raisin, finds a specific Emily Dickenson novel. It was fast-paced and left me wanting more of this city and of the characters in the story. I gave it 5 stars.

asconekiller

The second book I finished was A Scone Killer by Josephine Wiggle. I seriously don’t really remember what happened in this book because it was so short; the book itself was only 50 pages. I gave it 2 stars.

sweepreckoning

The third book I finished was Sweep: Reckoning by Cate Tiernan. Since this is the 13th book in the series, I’m not going to mention a lot. This book focuses on Alisa and showing her where she came from and how she got her powers. I gave this book 4 stars.

iammalalala

The fourth book I finished was I am Malala: How One Girl Stood Up for Education and Changed the World by Malala Yousafzai. This book was amazing. I learned so much about the Pakistani life and traditions they held. This girl is so brave and I’m hoping to see more from her in the future. I gave this book 5 stars.

rulebook

The fifth book I finished was Rule by Jay Crownover. This is a nsfw book for sure, there are a lot of steamy scenes, like woah. I enjoyed this book enough to continue on with the series. I gave this book 3.5 stars.

howtohangawitch

The final book I read in September is How to Hang a Witch by Adriana Mather. I did a full review on this book and will link that here. I gave this book 5 stars.

I hope everyone had an amazing reading month in September and am wishing you an amazing month for October!
